Shipping
  • We are pleased to offer shipping services through USPS and UPS as our primary carriers for domestic shipments. For international orders, we can accommodate shipping through Fedex and DHL upon request.
  • During the checkout process, customers will have the option to select their preferred shipping method. By default, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping option based on the specific items in the order.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy
  • We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item as soon as possible.
Return
  • We proudly offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our store, starting from the date of purchase. Our flexible policy allows you to return items for any reason, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
  • Please note that while we strive to provide exceptional service, we are unable to refund shipping costs or credit card processing fees, which typically amount to approximately 3%. However, exceptions may apply if the return is due to an error on our part or loss/damage during shipping. In such cases, we can include the credit card processing fees in the refund amount or offer store credit as an alternative.
